I just tried to update my signature on the forums here to include a link to our local EE user group’s twitter feed, and now my signature’s blank. Changing my signature to “testing” doesn’t seem to stick either.

To confirm. Even plain text will not stick for you?
Under your Edit Preferences member option do you have an option for Display member signatures in entries?

Correct on both counts. I just tried making an identical update to my signature in Chrome and Firefox - in Chrome I got the “Signature has been updated” message, but my signature remained blank. In Firefox the change actually stuck.
In other words, it’s broken in Chrome. If you’d like to attempt replicating, I am using Chrome 13.0.782.112 m on Windows 7 Pro.
