Hi, I’ve looked on devot-ee and google searched but I couldn’t find any addon that allowed users of your site to flag user generated entries as inappropriate.

All it would need to do is flag the entry on the frontend and keep a database of flagged entries on the backend to be checked by a site moderator.

Is anyone aware of such an addon already available.

I haven’t seen anything like that so it would have to be custom written.

One partial solution could be to utilise the “Tell a friend” function and limiting sending to the admin email only. You could include relevent data in the email but you’d have to manually review each submission.
