It is just at any windows user reach, so if the person doesnt care abour searching and installing new browsers it is already there… so its not for the dumb, its for the lazy of for the people that just doesnt care. Not everyone is a geek or news enthusiast…

Internet Explorer is one of the oldest browser this time. They are launching next to next version but still Internet Explorer is way behind the other browser.
