Safecracker not allowing add-row in Matrix

Having a hard time getting Matrix to work correctly in a safecracker SAEF. The add-row plus sign is present, but does nothing when I click it. I should mention that it works just fine in the CP Publish page. I am assuming that this has to do with JS errors, but as I am a JS noob, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve included the code below, and a link to the page is:

EE Version: 2.2.0
Safecracker Version: 2.1

The code removed below is the script call from ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.6.2/jquery.min.js

Problem solved by tip on publishers site:

Open up system/expressionengine/core/EE_Output.php, and change $remove_unparsed_variables to FALSE.
