How to hide specific tabs from entry Edit - w/o prohibiting ‘Module Access Privileges’ completely for that Member Group? See screenshot. So, hide tab but still allow Member Group access to module via Add-Ons.

Take a look at Publish layouts. You can show/hide tabs and fields per member group
Does that help?
