Which shopping cart(s) do you guys prefer? I’m currently looking for one for a client… the biggest “must-have” he has is the ability to give each product a custom URL (thousands of products, so manually doing rewrites via .htaccess is not an option)—ie: instead of /products/school-supplies/ti-83-calculator… it should be able to be /ti-83-calculator.html or /ti-83-scientific-calculator.html.
Any recommendations?

I use Ascender Cart and all of my URLs end with .html. Here’s some URLs from my site:

Was hoping for something self-hosted, PHP-based. Paying for it is fine, but client doesn’t want to pay monthly.
