Apparently my site was compromised via a WP installation and my host made some changes that appear to have affected the main domain / site. Now the main site (the “main” EE install of an MSM) only displays the main page and all links from that page appear broken. I contacted the host and they are clueless as to why this could be the case. I’m certain I haven’t changed anything on the site in months (other than content) and that it was working as little as 2-3 days ago. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Figured it out. Apparently, host had deleted .htaccess and not told me due to hack on site. They reuploaded a .htaccess file that wouldn’t really work so I changed to-

RewriteEngine On

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ index.php?/$1
