I’m moving to a new server. Everything is migrated & appears to be working fine, except for one thing, I can’t edit or create categories. Well, the checkbox extension isn’t working either.
Any ideas?

Hey turnstile,
Glad to see *almost* everything transitioned smoothly for you.
Can you answer a few question so I can get a better sense of what’s going on?
- What servers did you move to and from?
- When you say you “can’t edit or create categories”, do you get any error messages? Do the buttons just not work? Does it appear the page is trying to do something, or does clicking a button do nothing?
- So, your current categories are still there (meaning the DB imported correctly), it’s just that you can’t add or modify them.
- By “the checkbox extension isn’t working either”, do you mean the fieldtype is not showing on the publish page?
- Are any other extensions not working?
- Which version and build of ExpressionEngine are you running?
