This question may be related to a resolved thread.

I am on Engine Hosting and inquired about a Cron job to help with deleting the cache once a day (since doing so manually works well) and their response was I need to write my own Cron executable by a URL, and they’d set it up. Sadly I am not a coder or a web professional. I have googled Cron. I have no idea what I’d have to do… Any generous soul want to help?

    Hello!

I will look into that! THanks! However now Twitter Timeline doesn’t work with caches deleted or not. I just updated to the latest version and updated EE from 1.6.9 to 1.7.1. ??

It makes me sad because of the lack of other EE1 options and the twitter widget just doesn’t fit where it has to go on my site…

    Hi Daniel,

Could you go into more specific detail about what’s not working with Twitter Timeline now? What do you expect to see? What do you see instead? When did this behavior change?

Since it looks like we’re discussing your issues with the plugin here, I’ll close this one out and we can continue on that thread.
