I have EE v2.1.3 (Build 20110411) installed, with MSM. In Admin->General Configuration, the site URL is set correctly to http://www.domain.com/ but in one of the MSM sites, when I output {site_url} on a template, I see http://domain.clienturl.com
I have verified the config.php file via ftp contains the correct URL and the main site + 1 other MSM site have the correct site_url value when displayed on a template. Where else can I verify or change this value?

Finally found the culprit. In case anyone else runs into this problem, inside the directory for the MSM site, in the index.php file, there is:
$assign_to_config[‘site_url’] = ‘http://www.domain.clientURL.com/site1’;
which needed to be updated to http://www.domain.com/site1.
