I moved my site to another server and the content and site seems to be working fine but when I login to EE’s control panel all the css styling is gone. I checked my themes/cp_themes folder and everything seems to be in place.
Please advise.

Can you double check the paths to your themes folder? This is found in the General Configuration settings in the CP.
If it is easier I usually like to use Deeploy Helper. It makes moving sites extremely simple.
