Restrict access to Member Groups

Hi,

I’m trying to figure out if I can restrict access for my client to only one member group.

I want them to be able to manage, view and delete members from a specific member group.

At the moment they can see all members and member groups when they are logged into the Control Panel.

Any ideas anyone?
