Before I post this in bug tracker, I would like to know if someone else can reproduce the problem, even this happens with 213 and with new 2.2. 20110622 clean install.

Even I have selected “Allow members to set their own localization preferences?” to “Yes”
    in Members > Preferences

Users still can’t change their localization options. Member in Super Admin group can change his settings, but member in not super admin group can’t. The only way is to login from super admin as that users and then change it. (‘Login as member’ option works, but normal login as that user don’t show the option to change localize settings).

    This is not a high-priority ‘bug’ 😊
    thanx

    Davor,
I can’t replicate this one on both versions of EE.

but normal login as that user don’t show the option to change localize settings

To confirm this is in the control panel account area for that user or on the front-end?
I tested with both. Can you take a screenshot for us please?

    Hey John

I made an small type error above, as a Super admin using Login As Members cant change it. only viewing his account from members list.

I made few screnshots, I hope they help.
The final question is, can simple members change their localization (language/time), if can, how? Now I need to do it for every user manualy from members list.

    thanx

    Hi Davor,

Head over to the Member Groups screen and edit the particular group that should be able to change their own localization settings. Go to “Control Panel Administration” and change Can administrate members accounts to Yes (see screenshot). This should enable your members to change their own localization settings.

Does that take care of it for you?

You are the man Kevin 😊))
I was there several times and never thought that will give only localization option besides that “Allow members to set their own localization preferences?”

So its not a bug its a feature 😊
    Thanx again
