Hello

When my client is editing an entry and hitting submit it is creating an additional entry rather than saving over the top of the old one.

I have tried countless times to reproduce this problem but it works ok for me (even if I log in as him).  Could it be a permissions problem?  I’ve given him reduced access for now while I work in the background.  He is able to create and edit ok other than this problem.

This is a fresh install of the latest build.

Having recommended EE to my client I really need to figure this problem out.

Hi, Mark.

Have you asked him which browser he’s using? Is he behind any sort of a firewall? If he checks from a different location, does the same thing happen? Those are the kinds of questions to ask. Have him test with a different browser, and if he can from home or somewhere other than where he usually enters content.

Also make sure that there are no extensions that may be getting in his way. You may need to globally disable extensions.
