File upload max size problems

I am having trouble configuring an upload destination to accept uploads. In the upload destination settings I specified 10240 as the max size, and I have confirmed with my host (enginehosting) that the PHP max is 10Mb. I continue, however, to receive the “exceeds maximum file size” error.

Is there another setting in the CP that I need to configure?

I am running EE 2.1.3’ add ons include Wyvern and Structure.

Edit: My math skills are rusty. 10240 bytes would be 10 kb… I realized just after I posted. This can be closed : )
