I think you’ll answer “It’s not possible” or “It isn’t possible” or similar but I must ask.
Is it possible to extend the “search” results?
I’ve created a module with items and I want that the “search” looks for both “channels” and my items. I know: we can create a new channel and “link” each entry with my module items but my boss doesn’t like it. I was wondering if it’s possible by using a plug-in or extension.

Hi Ñuño–
The search in EE only searches through content stored in channels, and there’s not a native way to extend it. You might look at using and extending one of the search add-ons listed on Devot:ee instead.
