After install I Cant access Control Panel

Hello,
I installed EE 1.6.9 core on my server. After setting up database etc, I went trough install process and everything was fine - I have notification that EE is succesfully installed.
Now, I am able to see my front end, but when I go to the Control panel, I am able to see login form, but after I enter username/pass control panel wont appear - only blank page.
Please help.
