Does the freelancer licence have all the modules to build a blog that has commenting?

I know it doesn’t include the Members module and the SAEF module.

    opel,

Check out the pricing table on this page: http://expressionengine.com/overview/pricing

It shows what features are with what products.

Yeah I’ve read that but what it doesn’t tell you is that the SAEF isn’t included that some tuts I saw for blogs said that you need this for commenting. I’m double checking there is nothing else not on that list.

You can use the SAEF with Freelancer (SAEF is deprecated, please consider using SafeCracker instead. Also works on Freelancer).  And you can use commenting on Freelancer as well. =)  What you can’t do is have front-end member profile viewing and editing on Freelancer, or forums, etc.
