Ive got one hell of a bug…

So I am no longer able to post entries on the site im working on. When I try to post new entry, no matter the channel (just created a new channel to make sure), when the page loads, it totally freezes. My cursor becomes unuseable except to hit back button. I cant click within any of the form fields, cant change tabs, or click anything in the browser window. It seems to totally break the page. The worst part is, I see no errors being thrown, and have no idea what is going on. Im talking it wont let me left click my mouse on anything, NOR will it even let me right click to inspect the elements in fire bug. Its totally jacked.

The only thing I did out of the norm here is I just installed playa and matrix plugin (have not used them before). (I installed the other night and I think it was working fine but maybe it could have broken it at that time Im not sure)—but I uninstalled both plugins completely, cleared cache, etc etc, still broken.

    Anyone have any ideas?

Why is it that I can troubleshoot a bug for hours, come up with absolutely nothing, and when I completely give up and decide I need to ask for help, IMMEDIATELY after posting, I figure it out… Sigh….

The problem was my keyboard died, and while I was banging on it trying to bring it back to life after putting new bats in, I must have hit the “Break on errors button” in firebug, and theres apparently an error on entries page… Seems to be working fine now..

Hah! Well we would never have come up with that as an issue 😊 Glad you are up and running again though. Feel free to start a new thread if you have any more questions
