This appears to be the same issue as this previously resolved bug: https://support.ellislab.com/bugs/detail/11644/
Since it is suppose to be resolved, I thought I’d post here to see if anyone else is having the same issue. Running 2.1.3 build 20101220 if I load a revision, the entry date gets reset to 12-31-1969. This happens for all the the channels I’ve tried it on.
Is this still a known issue?

Hi, Casey.
I can replicate this problem on the 2.1.3 build 20110411. Let me test it on EE 2.1.5 to make sure it works there.. will be responding in a few minutes.

Hi, Casey, yes, it is still a problem. While I was looking at that, I found another possible issue. So I’ll be filing a bug report on this. Thanks in advance for your patience.
