I just inherited an EE site and the client is looking to add some new features.  They have multiple weblogs that share the same field group.  They would like to have a page that displays all of these weblog types with a custom sort.  They are currently using the reeorder module, but it looks as though this only works on one weblog type.

For example . . . they have two weblog types, lets say “cars” and “people.”  They can manually sort the page that displays cars and they can manually sort the page that displays people.  Now, they would like a page that displays all cars and people.  They would like to also to a manually / custom sort on that page.  There are hundreds of images, so I would like to make this as easy as possible.

Can reeorder do this, or is there another method I should look into.

I’m new to the EE community, so please advise if there is a better place to post these questions.

    Thank you,

    David

Any response to this thread?  I would like to do the same…

FWIW, I found that my RSS feed is integrating entries from all my weblogs into the one screen, ordering them by date.  If I don’t get a good answer here I may turn to pulling my own RSS feed and re-integrating it into the site.

Notice, also, in your Control Panel that the “Edit” main tab opens a page with all your entries and about 6 ways of filtering the list… weblog, category, date range, keyword.  The functionality is obviously there already…
