Hi, Manji. Was this a brand new install, or did you upgrade from an older version?

Actually I upgraded from EE1.
I fixed this error by creating the “upload_loc” column but I don’t know if this causes any trouble in other functions.

It shouldn’t cause you any more errors, but we’ve seen a few cases where upgrading failed with that particular table. The solution was just to add the field, or remove the whole table and remake it.
Let’s have you go ahead and back up your database just the same. You shouldn’t have to, but I’d feel better if you did.
How long ago did you upgrade from 1.x?
