Is there any way for us to track customers individually to see which pages they are visiting?
Thanks!

Hi, TMDcreative - not out of the box, no. There are some outside analytics packages that I believe offer this functionality, and you could integrate or add into your EE templates. I haven’t used those myself so can’t give a personal recommendation; but they are out there and one of them might suit your needs well.

I believe you can utilise Google Analytics to do this sort of thing. I’ve not done it myself and it would depend on whether these are logged in or logged out users that you are wanting to track?
There is also a module called Tracker which Solspace has made which deals with this sort of thing also.
Best wishes,
Mark

Thanks Mark, those would be my suggestions as well. Don’t hesitate with further questions, TMDcreative.

Thanks for the input. It would definitely be used to track logged-in users, and I don’t see Google Analytics doing that.
I will poke around!

There is an extension for Mint to track logged in users. Here it is on Devot-ee.
Other systems may have ways to gather that information as well with a custom add-on built for EE. Definitely worth a look!

…and I don’t see Google Analytics doing that.
As mentioned I’ve not done it with GA before but take a look at :
http://www.googlelytics.net/using-setvar-_utmsetvarutm_setvar-for-custom-segmentation/
or
http://www.google.com/support/analytics/bin/answer.py?answer=57045
or
http://groups.google.com/group/analytics-help-tracking/browse_thread/thread/99655a499d6c56f2?pli=1
or just search on Google for _setVar google analytics
Hope that helps a bit.
Best wishes,
Mark

Yep, you can have EE parse Javascript for {logged_in_member_id} so it should be do-able. Thanks again, Mark.
