update from 1.6.8 to EE 2.1.3 - A Database Error Occurred

I’m doing an update from 1.6.8 to EE 2.1.3, trying to run installation wizard and get this error:

A Database Error Occurred
Unable to connect to your database server using the provided settings.
Filename: controllers/wizard.php
Line Number: 1450

I’ve run dbtest.php and it works fine.

Set the file and directory rights per the update instructions. Any ideas?

Hi, mklann. Maybe an internet hiccup of some sort? Have you tried again? Server Wizard is something else you should run.
