    Hi All

    I recently moved EE behind a caching reverse proxy. Now the backend webserver always has the IP of the proxy as client ip and in the X-Forwarded-For header I have the real client ip address.
    In EE 2.x I can configure

    $config['proxy_ips'] = "";

    to trust this IP address.

    I need a possibility to do the same on EE 1.x. Any hints?

    Thanks

    UPDATE: I’m sorry to bother all of you 😊 I just recognized that exactly the same option is also available in EE 1.x :( Sorry I was a bit nervous 😉
