Help.  I have a solo blog that I just updated to 2.1.3.  Everything was working fine and I added Wygwam (the only addon).  I created a dummy member and logged in as that person to see how to control appearances for other members.  Now I can’t log out as that member.  When I open another browser, I could log in as myself, but after I logged out I couldn’t log in again.  I get multiple PHP errors, such as this one:

    Severity: Warning

Message: array_keys() [function.array-keys]: The first argument should be an array

    Filename: libraries/Menu.php

    Line Number: 199

    Any ideas what happened?

I forgot that I did add a couple of accessories.  Other add ons were eeinsider accessory and nsm publish hints custom field.

FWIW, this is the most common message error I get:

    A PHP Error was encountered

    Severity: Warning

Message: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /usr/www/users/studes/main/james/codeigniter/system/core/Exceptions.php:170)

    Filename: libraries/Functions.php

    Line Number: 749

I would uninstall the add-ons, but I can’t log in to do it (I didn’t give my extra member access to that).  Should I just delete them from the server?  Should I totally reinstall?

studes, do you have access to PHPMyAdmin or something similar?

    If you type in

    SELECT * FROM `exp_accessories`

it should come back with one row for each accessory that is loaded. You can issue a delete command and get rid of those rows, or it might be easier to re-install.

NOTE: Make sure you’re using the most recent versions of whatever third party add-ons you’re using, but you’ll need to go to the vendor for support on their add-ons.

Thanks, Sue.  I think I’ve messed up here.  I decided to just re-install EE2, even though I couldn’t get into the system to turn it off.  I deleted the old files and uploaded the correct ones.  When I went to run the installer, I got the following message:

    {"error":"

    Error Number: 1146
    \n\n

    Table 'studes_EEgraphsblog.exp_weblog_data' doesn't exist
    \n\n

    SHOW FIELDS FROM exp_weblog_data
    \n\n

    Filename: updates/ud_165.php
    \n\n

    Line Number: 42
    "}

Is this because I didn’t do anything to the database?  Is there any way to correct this?  Should I approach the re-install differently?

    Thanks.

Okay, panic over.  I was able to restore the old database and re-install EE.

So allow me to re-introduce an issue.  I have created a new member and logged in as that member (via the option in the Member control panel page). I cannot log out.  I click on the “log out” button and it only returns me to the screen as the member I logged in as.

Even worse, I can no longer log in as a super admin.  When I try, I receive several PHP errors, listed above.  So I can’t delete the member of do anything of that sort.

I am using the latest build of EE2 and have no add ons.

An update: I deleted the extra member (through PHPMyAdmin) I had added and tried to log in again.  Same errors—can’t log in.

Problem fixed.  To create the member, I had made some changes in the “Guest” member group, such as giving the group access to the control panel.  Evidently, the system didn’t like that.  I went into the database table through MyPHPAdmin and changed the group back to what it was and now I can log in.

Seems like a bug to me, if you can make changes to groups and then find yourself unable to log back in.  Or, could be some kind of user error.  Obviously.

    Close this puppy.
