Hello,
I’m wondering about the license type that would be required for a political candidate. My client is a city councilperson whose site will be used to promote her during election season. She’s not selling a product, but she does accept donations on her site. Would she need a Commercial license due to the donations?

For a political site the non-commercial license is fine.
