Hi:

I’d like to suggest a category here in the EE forums specifically for the Discussion Forum Module.  Most topics related to the discussion forum module fall under the general EE category.

The challenge is searching on a topic!  As the individual words “discussion,” “forum” and “module” are so common and pervasive throughout the EE forums (see, there’s the word again!) it’s hard to browse and find specific topics on.

As EllisLab sells the Discussion Forum Module directly on its site, and it has its own uniqueness from the rest of EE, I would like to recommend this be broken out.  I have several clients running forums using the module, and thus my interest.

Thoughts?!

I completely second this request, I’m having an issue with the discussion module and had tons of questions in the past and it’s been a real pain to search through the forums

Will add my voice to the cry in the wilderness…..
