My client is looking for a cart system that would be a recurring order weekly.
You would set up your cart with products and save the order and be charged weekly. You could then log in an make changes to the order at any time.
I have looked at brilliantretail, membrr, carthrob, and others but cannot find this functionality anywhere. its a mix of subscription and cart.
If anyone can point me to a possible solution, i am not wanting to have to build this by hand.

EESuite may work for you. I haven’t used it personally, but its feature list seems to imply that it can handle both cart and subscription functionality.
I just wrote a pretty long article discussing all of the subscription modules that I could find, including EESuite and Simple Commerce (comes with EE, but is PayPal only):

If that won’t work for you, then I think you’d have to look into combining something like Membrr and Brilliant Retail. Caribou CMS might be a better solution all around if you’re not dead set on EE.
