Hi,
I have redownloaded the latest one. I am unable to fix this error “Your config file does not appear to be formatted correctly.” I looked for help on support forum, but so far nothing is helping. I am experiencing this problem on local and remote servers.
Please help.

Having the same problem with 2.1.3 on a fresh install.
EDIT: Ooops, mine was user error. I was accessing the front end index page as opposed to the system/index.php page to do the install.

Thanks! I got it.. Stupid me… thanks alot… I was trying to access index.php on front end…
