Hello all.

I am having an issue on my instal. When you go to the comment form of jeremybuff.com, on any blog article, the comment form is not working correctly. You can leave a comment, but only your comment and name are listed correctly in the comment list. The URL and the email address do not come over correctly, thus my gravatar is not displaying. In fact, it’s using MY email. I have ensured that I was not on my account to test this. My code is located here: http://cl.ly/4EcM.

I have reviewed the docs, searched Google, and looked through these forms. However, I have not found a solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated; I hope this is a a simple fix.

Please don’t nest {exp:comment:form} and {exp:channel:entries}, i.e. close the latter before opening the former.
