Hi, I got contacted by a client that he sees some css styles and not his page.
So, I found out that he deleted page in Pages list, and than he added a new ‘Pages URI’, but after deleting that page in Pages, somehow pages template (hidden in publish) gets reseted to first template in that dropdown.

As I have my templates in this order:
assets/editor
assets/etc..

that ‘editor’ template was assigned to that page and not the default defined in Pages configuration. This happens only when you delete a page in Pages, when new entry is created, then is all fine. I tried reseting that publish layout, no help.

Temporary solution is that I created the same template I need for that channel pages, so when that template dropdown resets, my fake template gets selected 😊 Its working 😊

Can someone repeat this issue?

He deleted a page only, not the template tied to the entry?

No, he don’t have access to templates, only pages module.
We followed instructions how to remove Pages URI, if you can’t reproduce a problem, I should try a fresh install on my local, because I have few other things that are not working, so, might or not be related.
