Expected result: To view rendered template.
1) I created a template group called “home”
2) Typed in some text and save as file
3) Go back to template manager and clicked on view
4) EE displays:
To proceed to the URL you have requested, click the link below:
http://localhost:8888/ee/site/index.php/home
5) Clicked on link, redirects to CP, not rendered template

Nuked the installation and reinstall. Although that did not “fix” the problem, it’s now working.

Hi rhokstar,
What do you mean when you say that the reinstall did not fix the problem? Is everything ok for you now?

Deleting the database and installation + reinstalling [universal solution]
