Is it possible to parse additional weblog tags within weblog fields?  For example, I’ve created a custom weblog field called “Optional Code.”  If someone enters a weblog entry tag in there, it’s not parsed.  Is there any way to do this?

I’ve tried surrounding it with <code> tags, but that doesn’t work either.  Also tried changing template settings to allow PHP & played with input/output.  Still nothing.

    Any advice?

    Hi 4060men,

Please have a look at the 1st Party Allow EECode addon.

    Cheers

Thanks so much - That worked!  For anyone else who might be installing this plug-in, be sure to read and follow these directions, as well: http://digitalformula.net/articles/Allow-ee-code-in-expression-engine-with-allow-ee-code
