Is it possible to allow a user that is not super admin to change password/email address of another user?

    Hi

We have a member group, Content Admin, that has access to the backend, but we try to keep their access to simply updating content, etc. But they also handle user issues and such, they want to be able to change user email addresses and passwords, mostly the case when users change their email address (not in EE) and forget their password, so they can’t reset their password, and only super admin can actually change it for them, but this is not something we want to handle. We are using EE 1.6.7, is there a setting in the member management settings that can be checked to allow this (without knowing the existing password of course)?

I am afraid this will, by default, only work for “real” Superadmins.
