    Hello,

My member login/registration/profile pages all show up blank - nothing’s on them. I had a similar issue with the backend, but a Google search successfully showed uploading /cp_themes/ to the /system/ folder fixes it.

So what to do about the member templates? This is recent; I have not had any problems prior to this and have had all addons work smoothly.

    Any advice is appreciated.

Version info: ExpressionEngine 1.7.0, build 20101018

Hi, Bobby. I’ve seen something similar happen with a much earlier build/version of EE1.x. When you say this is recent, what changed from then until now?

As far as I know, this has been a problem since 1.6.7. I’m just getting around to it now because of all my university reading. 😕 Don’t judge! 😊

Thanks so much for your response, Sue.

For the record, I just turned on Template Debugging and displaying SQL queries in Output and debugging preferences page in the backend, and nothing showed up on the login page.

Aha! It says on the Member Profile Templates page “Unable to locate the member profile templates.” What should I do?

I checked the paths - everything is good - and re-uploaded the profile_themes folder at /themes/profile_themes/ and it’s still blank.

To be on the safe side, I emailed my Web host and asked them to confirm my local path. Not posting it here, because I’m not sure if that’s a secure thing to do.

Just got an email, and it was the wrong path. With a fixed path, my templates work!

Please close this out. To anyone finding this on Google and who also uses DreamHost, you should check your paths - it should say home/YOUR-USERNAME/domain.tld/themes and not home/.whatever/YOUR-USERNAME/domain.tld/themes
