    Hey guys

I’ve been using GetResponse for a while now and I would like to implement it with the lovely ExpressionEngine. I haven’t found a plugin for that yet (I did find one for MailChimp though). What do you think is the easiest way to implement it into EE? Is there an easy way or should I start developing a plugin for this?

GetResponse has an API (using JSON) so a plugin that sends the {username}, {email} and {member_group} to the GR Mailinglist should be sufficient. Any thoughts?

Ps: I hope I posted it in the right subforum, my apologies if it should’ve been under “Technical questions”.

    Greetings
    Marco

    Hi, Marco -

Since you’re asking how to accomplish something, as opposed to requesting that EE have a new feature, I’ve moved this to the Codeshare corner for community assistance.

An add-on that uses their API would probably be best.  Here are our Development Docs to help get you started.
