I’m having a problem with the user control panel.
HERE’S WHAT I DID.
Logged in as a user.
Clicked link to get to /members/profile Your Control Panel page appears as expected.
The links the the left nav (using the default profile theme) work as expected.
The links in the top nav (Your Control Panel and Member List) somehow have an incorrect profile triggering word (member instead of members) resulting in a 404 error.
Please advise.

I can replicate this in EE2.1.3 using the default member theme so I filed a report in our Bug Tracker here for you
