Is there a paid support option that will result in quicker action? The particular problem I am having is going to cost me a lot of money if it is not resolved shortly and I could really use some help here.

None that I know of. Apparently a forum-based support system is more efficient and works better. I beg to differ but then I’m just a paying customer like you and everyone else, so who are we to say…

Hi, Ditchymonkey and buridan -
There is not a priority support system in place. We currently promise a response within one business day via these forums.

One response per day is not getting me any closer to a solution and if I can’t get my update live next week I’ll have to abandon the work, revert the site to EE1, and I’m out over a thousand dollars in development.
For the love of god, can’t I throw some money at this problem LOL

Further support options are something that we are working on, but they’re not available right now. If you need something faster immediately, then working with a Pro Net member may be an option.
Which thread specifically did you need faster assistance on? This one?

I’m not looking for random people to stab in the dark at solving this issue. I’m looking for an official solution from the software vendor.
Yes you have identified the correct issue.

Hi, Ditchmonkey - it’s Saturday evening here, but I’ve responded in your thread with quite a bit of troubleshooting questions and pointers - some which may lead you to your host, others which we’d need to continue investigating. Getting an overnight solution on something that may be fairly obscure isn’t a promise I can make - but we’ll work with you and see what we can figure out.
Thank you!

Thanks. I’m not looking for an overnight solution but that other guy with the same problem hasn’t resolved this issue in over a month which concerns me. If we can resolve it in under a week that will be an acceptable outcome.
I’ll work on getting additional info for that thread.

As Lisa mentioned, priority support is something we’re working on.. but not currently available. Let’s continue on in the other thread. I’ve posted a HowTo of sorts to help with adding additional PHP memory:
