A 3rd party developer created our site and created automatic creation of events/moblogs and all we had to do is send a plain text e-mail using this format and filling in the appropriate info:

{field:event_title} {/field:event_title} 
{field:event_date} {/field:event_date}
{field:event_date_end} {/field:event_date_end}
{field:event_url} {/field:event_url}
{field:event_description} {/field:event_description}
{field:event_keywords} {/field:event_keywords}

This has stopped working.  Any clue as to how to troubleshoot why it’s not working?  Thank you.

Did it work fine before? If so, did anything on your server change? You might want to ask your host / server admin about that. Also, what version and build of EE are you using?

Yes, it did work before.  We are on EE 1.6.9.  Thanks, I will check w/ host/server admin.
