Hi, I am stuck, I set output and debug options to YES, and they can not change them to NO.
Files have read and write permissions.
How can I fix it?

Hi Houdini,
Are you using an .htaccess file for this site? If so, please temporarily disable it and replace index.php as the site index file in the general preferences. Are you able to change other CP options?

I am not able to change any other settings and this ee works under nginx and index.php is the site index file.
