so am i the only one experiencing slightly aggravating FOUC in the CP when loading a template to edit? i’m really working on some of my first ee2 sites and i admit to cringing a little when i go into an ee2 CP.  😊

I assume Flash Of Unstyled Content?

No, I’m not getting that. Which build? Have you updated to the latest one? and do you have any exotic accessories installed?

no 3rd party installed (for now!), just working on a vanilla install on EH, build 20101020. maybe i can’t keep up fast enough with new builds? i’ll see what the latest is and see if that makes a diff. i have a giant monitor and i keep seeing a flash of show/hide bar options under the code box…

    Hi littlered,

I don’t see this either using the same setup as you. What you are seeing are the Template Access and Preferences before the JS and CSS is fully loaded?

    Cheers

yes, i get that flash of those divs accordioned out when i load a template to edit…  😊 i also tried disabling firebug & web developer bar just to see if they were in the way. i’m getting by just fine of course, but it is a slight visual annoyance when i load the page.

Can you quickly get a screen shot when it happens? Command-Shift-4?

Not seeing any unstyled content in that screen shot. But one thing you could try - turn off cookies and sessions and go with cookies only.
