In EE 2, I have created a new membergroup. The ” Can post and edit entries in:” the given channel, and I’ve made sure that the statusgroup can be accessed by given usertype. The status is closed!
What migh be the problem?

Is it just that the status is by default closed or can the users within that group not set it to open?

They can’t set it to open.

Does the channel in question actually have a status group assigned to it?
