I’m trying to install expression engine on surftown.se, here is the system folder:

I’ve previously installed EE in other webhosts, and followed step 1-4 in the tutorial. What can I do?

You will need to open a ticket with your host on this.
Also make sure your server meets our requirements. Upload and run our Server Wizard
