Attempted to attach an image to a new forum post and received the following error:

A Database Error Occurred

Error Number: 1062

Duplicate entry '6' for key 1

UPDATE `exp_forum_attachments` SET `topic_id` = '11', `post_id` = 0, `board_id` = '2', `is_temp` = 'n', `attachment_id` = 6

The post itself was saved to the forum but not the associated image. If I attempt to edit the post and add the image again, I receive a similar error error.

Any ideas?

This was a resolved bug

Your forum is behind a build and EE is also behind a version. Can you update both to see if issue persists please

Thanks for the info on the bug. I’ve updated EE and my forum files. This issue is resolved.
