I recently upgraded to EE2 and need to build a new RSS feed… I was going to use the template ExpressionEngine offered, but it looks like it’s no longer available… or it was moved somewhere as the old link does not work: http://expressionengine.com/templates/source/category/feeds/

Can someone direct me to where the RSS feed template is located? Thanks!

Perhaps the template in the wiki could get you started?

Nope… didn’t seem to help.

I continue to get “empty feed”... partial code pasted below:

Can you show us the relevant parts of your template? Make sure there actually are entries with an “open” status, not in the future, not expired.

I have also noticed that one of my EE sites now has an RSS feed that shows only “empty_feed” when that page is called. I tried replacing the content of that template with that of the one in the wiki Ingmar linked to above, but now I only get an XML parser error in the first character of the first line of the template:

Any idea what might be causing this?
