    Hi all -

Is it possible to customize or re-route the search error page (eg. “Search terms must be at least x characters in length”)?  I’d like to display the error wrapped in the site’s chrome rather than the box on the grey background.

    Thanks!

    Hi Brian,

Take a look at Design > Message Pages > User Messages. This is the template used for all the front end user messages and you can customise this as you wish.

    Cheers

    Awesome. Thank you.

When I put my master template in there, it looks like it will not embed other templates?  Is that expected behavior?  The documentation doesn’t call it out so I’m crossing my fingers that there is an option I’m not seeing.

    Thanks!

Brian, Glad Greg was able to help.
Yes, what you are seeing is expected behavior. These templates are pretty lightweight.

Don’t hesitate to post again as needed.
