I’m having trouble with all of the preview links from the CP not functioning correctly.
All (the “My Site” located at the top right if the CP layout, the “view” from the “Template Group” panel, the “View Rendered Template” from the “Template” panel, etc, etc) behave in the same manner.

When selected, the url that the system attempts to load is something like (depending on the location):

    <a href="http://www.mysite.com/?URL=http://www.mysite.com/staff/&tgpref=3">http://www.mysite.com/?URL=http://www.mysite.com/staff/&tgpref=3</a>

    but my browser sticks here:

    <a href="http://www.mysite.com/?URL=http://www.mysite.com/staff/">http://www.mysite.com/?URL=http://www.mysite.com/staff/</a>

I’ve tried enabling and disabling the “Force URL query strings” preference with no success. I’ve tried disabling my mod-rewrites. I’ve pretty much disabled all extensions with the one exception of FieldFrame which I’m leery of doing seeing as I don’t want to affect data already entered. None of these steps has helped.

Hoping someone could provide some guidance.

    Thanks!

    Running 1.6.9 Build: 20100415
    PHP 5.2.14
    mysql 5.0.90

    Hi hothousegraphix,

Please rename your .htaccess file to something else temporarily and then put index.php back as the site index file in the configuration. Does the URL work then?

    Cheers

    Yep, you’re correct!

I seem to have muddled up my rules. I’ve got everything working again. Thank you.
