Website doesn’t goes offline when I tried to change the option from Admin › System Preferences › General Configuration.
It works fine before I tried upgrading from 1.6.9 to 2.1.0
As the upgrade failed, I reverted back the EE to older version.
what’s wrong with my site???

Are you still logged into the control panel when checking if site is offline?
Try checking in another browser
Why did your upgrade fail? Did you create a support thread?
