I have a post that won’t come out of the PENDING state.
I have super admin permissions (im the developer) and even when I choose approve it doesn’t go live.

I noticed that the “update” button is missing all together, and that the only option is to “save revision”

    any ideas???

    Thanks!

Welcome to the forums! Can you give us a little more detail, please? What version and build are you using? Is that a regular CP entry, or are you using an SAEF? “Pending” is a custom status, I suppose?

    Thanks alot for the reply.
I’ve been using NSM Publish Plus.

Basically I want it so that when Editors submit it defaults to PENDING
But when Admins submit it defaults to APPROVED
and then the Admins are also notified by an email when new PENDING weblog entries have been created and need to be switched to APPROVED

Does that sound like I’m using the correct extension? What would you do in this situation?

    Thanks!

    maverickdigital,

This is something you will have to ask the author about as we do not support third party add-ons. I am also unfamiliar with that particular extension so can’t point you in any direction I’m afraid.
